    Customer Service Agent - Shipping / Export

    Company needs the skills of an experience CRM agent for its shipping / export division.

    Required
    • Matric
    • Three years' experience in the same type of position
    • Good overall knowledge of shipping / export forwarders
    Duties
    • PODs
    • Export documentation
    • Shipment bookings
    • Liaise with service providers
    • Quotes on orders, back orders etc
    • Liaise with production and attend meetings
    • Extensive client liaison and updating CRM system
