Visions of reduced overheads, an unconventional agency model enhanced by award-winning creative and one-on-one client service inspired Tersea Gouws, Managing Director of Spindoctors Advertising, to negotiate a management buy-out of the agency. Following amicable negotiations with the majority shareholder, Magicom, the deal was concluded in September 2003.
