Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
Schedule service appointments and manage work orders
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service tasks
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
Address any questions or concerns raised by customers
Uphold dealership standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Matric certificate
Driver's licence
Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
Experience working with the Toyota brand and knowledge of their service requirements is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software
